About The Counselor
My name is Jason Daniel. Over the last several years, God has prepared me for a career change and calling that I never saw coming.
My career consists of nearly twenty years experience in marketing - Branding and Communication Design, actually. And while my career has been somewhat successful, worldy speaking, it has been very unfulfilling. I have never enjoyed it and even though I like the creative aspect of the industry, I viewed this more of a job rather than a career and definitely not a calling on my life.
God began to change me without me knowing, through a number of divorces of close friends and family. I had no idea why I felt such numbness in regards to these divorces and why it bothered me so much, but I couldn’t shake it. When God revealed this along with my unfulfilling career, I knew I had to make a change. However, I didn’t know what that change was and I definitely did not want to start over. But again, God stepped in and, through a chain of events, led me to a calling in Biblical Counseling.
You may think that this is not a very big deal, but the fact that I had a horrible attitude toward people, and not wanting to be around them or even talk to them revealed to me that this was God’s hand leading me toward this new path for my life. Enter ThinkLife Change. I had began a graduate program a year before I found ThinkLife Change, but I had soon realized this was a secular approach to people’s problems and it was not the way I should go. Yet, when introduced to ThinkLife Change, I knew instantly that this is where God wanted me. The program presented such a clear and simple solution to our problems, straight from The Word of God.
Since starting this new path, I have seen so many people’s lives change, including my own. It is amazing that God has changed me in order to help change others - In order for others to see the truth.
I am sincere when I tell you that God loves us and wants the absolute best for us. He is always with us and even when we turn from Him, He is waiting with open arms. If you are struggling with life, please don’t wait for your circumstances to change before you decide to make a change of your own.
